Meditation Apps

Good morning!

With Franka coming in tomorrow, we’d like to share a few apps to help get your meditation started on a more regular basis. These are guided meditations with a focus on mindfulness. Tell us how they work for you.

  3. Headspace (most is paid content but they do have 10 free sessions available)
