Sweet Potato & Green Rice Burrito Bowls – because I usually have all the ingredients needed for this in my kitchen. Those are the kind of recipes I appreciate the most because, when I have to buy a “new” ingredient for a recipe – the rest of it usually never gets used up and gets wasted when throw away.
