I have two staffing updates to share. We are pleased to welcome Laetitia Baley as the new Bilingual Customer Service Rep/Receptionist. Laetitia’s first day with CSMLS will be Tuesday March 31st. Laetitia is fully bilingual, in fact French is her first language. She has excellent past experience with customer service but also has training in law, HR, and the insurance industry. Laetitia’s workstation will be in the Membership & Finance office rather than at the reception desk so she can be near the rest of the team during her training. This role will continue to report to Katherine. Please help us make Laetitia feel welcome.
